Due to the nature of our all-natural products, we cannot guarantee the quality of our merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns unless the package is returned to our facilities because of an undeliverable address. Since you can't touch or smell our soap products online, we offer our soaps in sample or trial sizes for your convenience.
