Shipping policy

We aim to offer you a reliable and affordable shipping option so you can have confidence that your product will arrive promptly. Every day, we deliver packages to customers across the USA, ensuring that we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are fulfilled in our facilities as soon as possible.

- Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility to the destination. US orders are shipped by first class mail with the option to upgrade to priority mail, which is both US Postal Service products. After processing and leaving our facility, items usually take between 4 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

If a package is returned to our facility because of an address input error by the customer, there are two options:
1. The customer can choose to pay for shipping again, or
2. If it's determined that the products are not damaged and unopened in the original packaging, and a refund is requested, there will be a 25% restocking fee on the total order amount minus shipping and handling costs. (You will not be refunded shipping and handling costs).

If the package is returned to our facility and it's determined to be an error on our part, we will ship the package again free of charge.
