Mindfulness practices and aromatherapy are both powerful tools that can be utilized in supporting emotions. Put them together and they can work in synergy to create amazing results. In this video, I discuss using essential oils as emotional support tools, some of my favorite ways to incorporate them and things to consider when selecting which oils you’ll use. I also go through the benefits and process of a body scan practice and how to incorporate your essential oils into your practice. This is a great way to support your body and be present in the moment.
