Creating your natural skin care routine: Oatmeal

Oatmeal: finely ground oatmeal or oat flour can be used for grain facial cleansing, facial masques, and is great for light exfoliation especially for sensitive skin

Cleansing Grains are gentle enough to be used daily or as a once a week treatment. It helps to smooth and tighten skin, unclog pores , and remove dead skin cells.

For a basic cleaning grains recipe mix 1 teaspoon of finely ground oats with enough water to make a thick paste and apply to damp skin washing and rinsing face as normal.

Optional add-ins kaolin clay, almond flour, and/or ground herbs.
